Connect X (Direct Connection) is Makita’s high-power, runtime solution for handheld garden and commercial equipment. Designed for compatibility with XGT and LXT platforms (via adapters), it replaces petrol and mains-powered machines with cordless performance you can trust.

Backpack Power Supply:

Choose from the PDC1200 (33.5 Ah / 1,200 Wh) or PDC1500 (43.55 Ah / 1,500 Wh) models — engineered for prolonged work without pauses or refuels.

 

Two Ways to Connect:

  1. Direct Attachment – Plugins your Connect X (Direct Connection) tools directly to the backpack via a cord for seamless, continuous power.

  2. Corded Adapter Option – Use an adapter to power compatible XGT or LXT tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers) straight from the Connect X system for enhanced run time across platforms.
